What payment methods do you accept?

Below you will find all payment methods accepted to pay for your Holy Cross Co order. Would you like to know more about one of them? The “View” button located under each payment method will send you directly to the payment provider’s website.

Note: some payment methods are subject to a solvency check. If you order an item sold and shipped by a Holy Cross Co partner brand, you will not be able to use American Express as a payment method.

For any questions regarding your invoice related to one of the Buy Now, Pay Later payment options, please contact the payment provider directly.

Using Apple Pay?

If you use Apple Pay on a Mac device, this payment option will not appear on Safari unless you are using Mac OS Sierra operating system.
Please note that you cannot select Apple Pay if you have used a gift card to pay for your order and it covers the full amount of your order. In this case, you will need to enter your card details to complete your order.

Currencies and exchange rates

You can only pay in euros when the French flag is selected. If you pay for your order via your bank account in a different currency, your bank will convert the amount using its exchange rate and may charge you international transaction fees. 

Note: gift cards can only be used in the same currency and in the same browsing country as the one in which they were purchased.

To better protect our customers when they pay by card online, you may be subject to 3D security measures during the payment process. This depends on your card provider and may require entering a password or requesting a security code by email or via your mobile phone.
